CALL FOR APPLICATIONS – Region C academy and conference rights now open for applications!
Region C Academies and Conferences that are open for applications are:
- Region C Regional academy 2026 (21.-23.8.2026)
- Region C Board Academy 2027 (27.-29.11.2026)
- Region C Spring Conference 2027 will not be held
- Region C General Assembly 2027 in March – relaxed and flexible approach to event delivery
- Region C Autumn Conference 2027 (3.-5.9.2027)
The application should include at least the following items:
- The theme and venue of the Conference
- Preliminary participation fees separated (registration fees, lunch, arrival party, evening gala, only evening gala, total costs, etc.)
- Preliminary program / schedule
- Other complementary programs (companion´s-, children´s- and senator´s programs, etc.)
- Accommodation (hotel, room rates, other possible accommodation options)
- Available conference/trainings facilities
- Transport connections to the venue, possible transportations
- Preliminary marketing plan
- Preliminary cooperation partners
- Preliminary budget
- Terms of cancelations and changes
The applications with appendices should be delivered by February 28th 2026 to Region C Regional Individual Manager emmi.tuurinkoski@jci.fi and as CC to Region C Vice President iiro.ignatius@jci.fi.
The format of the application is free, it can be done for example with Canva, PowerPoint or Word. Delivery in PDF format. Previous applications can be found from Google Drive Conference bank and the selection of trainings and programs from the Koulutuspankki. The decision regarding the organizing local chamber is made in the Region C Spring Conference 21st March 2026.
